Raised in Brooklyn, New York, Martin spent his youth boating along the Atlantic with his Puerto Rican-born parents, who instilled in him a deep appreciation for their island heritage. In 2018, a family trip to Puerto Rico reignited that connection—and changed everything.

This was our second visit and was as great as the first! Beautiful room, very clean and great view. Martin was quick to respond to any questions. This is our spot for when we need a quick trip away from home.

Me and my husband loved everything about our apartment!! It was beautiful and so clean and comfortable! We also loved the nice pool to be able to go out on to swim and relax after a day at the beach! We have no complaints at all about staying here!! Our apartment had everything well stocked with linens and kitchen items as well!! We loved it and had a great time! Cannot wait to come back again and stay here one of these days!
Loved this condo!! Plenty of space to hang out, great view, easy access to pool and hot tub, short walk to the beach. You can pretty much walk to grocery store and several restaurants, but it’s also very quiet neighborhood when you are ready to relax. Tom was also very responsive and accomplished as a host! There was plenty of basics in the condo such as soap, toiletries, toilet paper, towels etc. We really enjoyed our stay!
We truly enjoyed our visit. It was very clean. Several treats for guests is a sweet plus. Everything needed is available. Wonderful spacious balcony. Loved the deep bathtub, wonderful for a nice bath soak on a cold day. The view is spectacular, oceanfront beach is by far the best view. Arrival time is slightly earlier which is also a plus when beating the rush at normal arrival time. Great communication with host.
We found this great little condo for the holiday season. It was a great location on the beach within walking distance to the ferris wheel and restaurants/bars. Parking is on the floor of the condo so you park and walk in to the condo. Great location!
